How to submit a written appeal / complaint / claim to AC “PROFIT HUB”

A written application to PROFIT HUB can be submitted as follows:

Requirements for registration of appeals / complaints / claims

Must be specified:

for legal consumer, entrepreneur: name, legal address, address of the power supply facility.
The essence of the raised issue of the proposal, statement or complaint, request or requirement is stated, the written appeal / complaint / claim must be signed by the applicant (applicants) with the date. When filing an appeal / complaint / claim in electronic form, the e-mail address to which the applicant may be sent a reply or information on other means of communication must also be indicated. The use of an electronic digital signature when sending by e-mail is not required.

Consideration of the appeal / complaint / claim sent to AC “PROFIT HUB”

If the e-mail address, telephone number or such information is known in the appeal / complaint / claim, PROFIT HUB provides a preliminary answer on the possibility of resolving the issue or notification of the beginning of consideration of the appeal / complaint / claim and the terms of its consideration. Preliminary response is provided within a working day from the date of receipt of the appeal / complaint / claim.

The appeal / complaint / claim is considered within the term determined by the current legislation of Ukraine.
